Nykredit A/S disclosed a broad set of new second-quarter positions. General Motors, Synopsys, Target, Philip Morris, Cigna, HCA Healthcare, 3M, Republic Services, Public Storage, Simon Property, TC Energy, Intuit, First Solar, Bank of Montreal.

Roughly $290 million spread across autos, healthcare, industrials, REITs and staples. The GM stake alone ran 322,106 shares for about $24.8 million.

These are Q2 snapshots, disclosed now. Backward-looking by construction. But they land the same weekend our ten-name megacap board gave back nearly every overnight gap.

The Call

The desk treats Friday's gap-fade as the live signal and the filings as context, so the megacap bid is on probation until MSFT reclaims $495.70.

Seven of ten names gapped up. Five of those seven closed red. Seven of ten finished the session lower.

Consensus read on a filing sweep like this is simple rotation out of tech into value. That read is stale and largely priced. The two tech names Nykredit did add were SNPS and FSLR — design tools and panels. Neither is a megacap multiple.

JPM and V combined for 125,480 shares Friday. That is roughly a tenth of NVDA's tally alone.

Thin books move furthest on allocation shifts. That is where the desk looks first, and both sit near the bottom of the board on turnover.

Risk Sheet

  • MSFT — $493.23. Closed in the lower third of its range after a flat open. Below $490.00, the widely watched round number, the software bid is broken.
  • AMD — $542.59. Sits 0.2% below the $543.81 90-day high. Rejected at $552.86 intraday. That high is the level breakout traders are watching.
  • GOOGL — $350.00. Gapped up 2.87%, closed at 5% of its range. Three green closes and this one was hollow. Our below-$347.31 call stays live.
  • META — $675.61. Two red closes, 0.5% under the $678.99 90-day high. We called it below $648.64 two weeks back and it ran. The AI-capex bid was firmer than we read.
  • AAPL — $334.94. We called above $340.01 and it never got there. It stalled 1.5% short of that 90-day high. Below $332.54, the September advance stops.
  • JPM — $347.31. Only 0.7% above the $345.02 90-day low. Our below-$345.02 call is still pending.
  • V — $369.35. Four consecutive red closes, but the tightest range on the board. Closed in the upper third of it.

The Outlier

AMZN — $253.86, up 1.06%. The only name that gapped up, held the gap and closed green in the middle of its range.

It is also the board's worst 30-session performer at -6.8%. Best day, worst month. That combination is what a base looks like, and it sits 10.7% below the $284.13 90-day high.

Two green closes now. Above $255.13 it matters. Below $252.59 it was noise.

What flips the desk bullish again: MSFT and META both reclaiming Friday's opens on rising turnover. Absent that, sellers keep the gaps.

Tomorrow

  • MSFT $490.00 — invalidation.
  • AMD $552.86 — breakout.
  • AMZN $255.13 — confirmation.
