Only firms that still hold a licence in force are listed. Within that, each entry carries one state per register it appears in, so a firm can be in force in one jurisdiction and withdrawn in another.

No active licence remains, and the most recent one is under examination for voluntary renunciation. The firm still holds it until the regulator completes the process.
Withdrawn
No active licence remains. The last one was withdrawn or suspended.
