Licence state

Only firms that still hold a licence in force are listed. Within that, each entry carries one state per register it appears in, so a firm can be in force in one jurisdiction and withdrawn in another.

In force: At least one licence held here is still active.
Surrendering: No active licence remains, and the most recent one is under examination for voluntary renunciation. The firm still holds it until the regulator completes the process.
Withdrawn: No active licence remains. The last one was withdrawn or suspended.
