Before you write
Reporting a factual error
Choose "Content correction", include the article URL, quote the sentence you are disputing, and tell us the correct figure and where it can be verified. We investigate every correction and, where the error was material, publish a dated correction note on the article. Our full process is in the Editorial & AI Policy.
Broker listings
Our directory is editorial: listings are not for sale and we do not accept payment for placement or ordering. If you represent a listed firm and something in your entry is wrong or out of date — legal entity, regulator, website, contact route — send us the corrected detail and the public source that confirms it, and we will update it. Requests to remove accurate information will be declined.
Press and media
Journalists asking about our AI reporting model, our prediction-verification process or our published accuracy record should choose "Press & media". Our methodology is documented publicly in advance at Methodology, and our live record is at Track Record.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion and portability requests go under "Privacy & data request" and are answered within one month. If you only want your account and watchlist deleted, the "Delete Account" control on your profile page does that immediately.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to buy or sell, review your portfolio, or answer "is this a good entry?". We are a publisher, not an adviser, and we are not authorised to give personal recommendations — see our Risk Disclaimer.
We also cannot help with your broker account: deposits, withdrawals, verification, open positions or platform faults are matters for that firm's own support team. We hold no accounts and no client money.
